ALIENWARE BATERY

I have an Alienware M8 R1, and since I bought it the battery started to degrade very quickly, 20% in 3 weeks, apart from that it only lasts with the battery for 1 hour, I bought another battery and the same thing happens to me, no one knows what Is it possible to use this equipment only with the charger without damaging it?
