Alienware 17 R2 freezes and makes a robotic noise

I recently purchased an alienware 17 R2, it has great aesthetics and functional battery. I updated its components, putting 16 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB m.2 Sata SSD. I installed all the required drivers. But suddenly it has 2-second freezing episodes when watching videos or listening to music, also during this freezing it makes a robotic noise like "trrrr", I thought it was the video drivers, but I have already uninstalled and reinstalled them, both the intel driver like nvidia driver.
Even the alien had W10 installed and I went to a clean install of W11 to see if it would fix this error, but still the same.

Someone could help me? Please.
