<p> After spending 25 Years with the city of los angeles, I needed something to occupy my time. Windows announced their new O.S. And also that they would no longer support my old clunker, When I got the clunker windows was just about the only one, There was this new company apple macintosh. But the big one was windows, As Microsoft was the big one. So I started calling the different computer manufacturers, Asking if a different O.S. Other than windows was available. Most of them said no, A few referred me to small companies that specialize in custom builds, Who had price tags in the 5 digit range. And then I called a company in round rock texas, Who said yes, And had a decent price tag. Since the clunker had been hacked into a few times, Security was a priority so Red Hat was an obvious choice, And additional support was purchased through a Red Hat vendor known as Shadow Soft. What I'm not going to miss are patch Tuesday's. And I get to learn a new language Linux. Well that's about it for me, What's your story?</p>
