<p>Hello, I bought my first laptop last week at a business auction so that's introduced me to the Dell world.  I consider it a really powerful and capable unit - <em>if only </em>I could use it with my broadband connection.</p> <p>The Dell sites are so well laid out chock full of info and downloads available to users with their tag number.</p> <p>Personally, I'm a self-funded retiree but certainly very far from wealthy, which explains finding the Latitude E6410 at an auction.</p> <p>Cheers, Peter</p> <p>Now the best news:-  Kalyan S replied very quickly with the info I needed to load the correct Ethernet driver.  Well done!!!</p>
