I speak French and english, and it was hard to understand each other; and, there was a lot of noise in the background... It took hours for them to finally realise that it is a hardware problem.</p> <p>Dell technician came to change the graphics card on Novembre 20th; Still nothing works.</p> <p>Novembre 22: On Stand by for the tech. to come back and change the motherboard...</p> <p>Novembre 23: Getting absolutely no feedback from DELL</p> <p>Novembre 29: On Stand by for the tech. to come back and change the motherboard... ...still; That's all they tell me... </p> <p>Novembre 30: They Called me back ! After I got a little angry on the phone... Tech. near me should call Monday to schedule the intervention...</p> <p>decembre 4: nothing ...</p>
