About me

My career has been focused on networks and network management for over 25 years. I joined Smarts in 2003 where I provided training on Smarts internals, and provided technical assistance to users of the Smarts SDK. Today I continue to assist Smarts customers get the most out of their investment by providing operational assistance, customizations and enhancements, and training.
