About me

I started my career in the IT field more than 10 years ago. For the last 8 years I have been a Technical Support Engineer, specialized in Backup and Archiving platforms. I started at Symantec back in 2006. My first role there was Backup Exec Advanced Technical Support Engineer. After two years I moved from the Backup to the Archiving side of the equation, providing support from Enterprise Vault versions 7 to 10 for almost 4 years. In 2012, I was offered the incredible opportunity of joining EMC - Data Domain and to see the backup world from a new perspective. My role here, in EMC, is Technical Support Engineer Level III specialized in Data Domain and Network.
