<p>I am 58 years old and live in the UK.  </p> <p>I've worked in the City of London most of my life, in trading rooms of large banks - support/admin/secretarial roles, where they have a team of IT experts to sort you out if anything goes wrong.  </p> <p>Any knowledge I have when things go wrong has been through trial and error so I'm still a novice at all this so could I ask that you could bear this in mind and be patient if I don't understand some things.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
