Unable to access XtremIO, how to reset admin credential
Hello all, Kindly advise how to reset admin/tech credential for XtremIO. Default credentials didn't work for tech and admin. Thanks!

Hello tsamuel090590,
Version 6 of the OVA is required for a version 6 XMS. You have downloaded the latest OVA file available from the X1 support site (which was vxms-master-ova-vA.3.0.ova) and you wanted to use version 6 vXMS code with your X1 array. The version 6 vXMS OVA was only available to download from the X2 support site which led to the mistake.

If they don’t resolve your issue then the only other way to resolve is to open a support case so that we can reset it.

Thanks @DELL-Sam L .. On my case, i don't have the password to login, and modify it. At this moment I able to connect the array with "xinstall".
Anyway to rebuild the array, I assume that may reset the credentials to factory default. any thoughts?

Hello tsamuel090590,
The only other ways to reset the array require that you open a support case so that support can run some commands to reset the system.

Tried redeploy using virtual XMS, receiving below error. Any leads, please.
