Zoom Issues with Headphone Jack and Bluetooth Headphone

Is anyone else having crazy issues with their XPS and Zoom? My headphones work just fine with everything else on the computer, but when it comes to Zoom, I have major issues.

- Wired headphones - they may work once or twice, but by the third or fourth meeting of the day, the headphones no longer work. I can hear, but the microphone does not work. Usually, this can be fixed by restarting my computer. 

- Airpods - they may work once, but after one Zoom meeting, I cannot hear through the Airpods or use the Airpod microphone.

What gives? Is anyone else having issues with just Zoom?
