XSP 13 9310 2 in 1 Battery/keyboard issues and premium plus issue....

Hello,

I've Had my XPS for not even four years I have premium plus on it for a few more months. and now the battery is at less than 50% of the original spec and is not covered by the premium plus, so far this cover for everything seems to be not for cover anything as when the fans were making noises before I had to argue with them to sort the issue out, So why as customers would we come back to you when we were sold on a piece of mind cover that we have to fight to use when your companies designers have decided to use sub par materials for a product in this price range. Also seems to be suffering with the common keyboard issue as when pressing mainly the ctrl and shift keys on the left (as well as others) the presses are not always registered on the system.

I'm certainly looking for a different company for my next laptop, as as a company you don't seem to take long term effect of your decisions seriously as without customers you don't have a business.
