xps 9640 case star screw wrench size
When purchasing, I chose SSD 1TB and purchased Samsung 990 Pro 2TB and migrated it, but when I tried to open the case, I unscrewed 3 screws, but the rest did not come off. How can I unscrew the remaining screws and replace the memory? Please give me some good know-how or a star wrench that fits the 9640 screws and a link to where to buy it^^

To remove base cover, you will need to remove 8 of T5 screws. Disconnect battery cable while working on your system.
Recommend the following tools:
Refer to User Manual for removal/installation process https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/xps-16-9640-laptop/xps-16-9640-owners-manual/removing-the-base-cover?guid=guid-eabe8041-6cfe-442f-b2a6-be5b32c9a160&lang=en-us
Small precision tool kit with Torx drivers can be sourced at shopping site, example here, here, and here.

@치노 드 오로 Thank you. I bought it today at Home Depot for 39.99, but I will return it and buy it again from Amazon, which you linked. Thank you for the explanation. I just replaced it with a 990 Pro that I just finished migrating, and it is recognized well. Have a nice day^*^
