XPS 9570/Latest BIOS?
According to the official Dell Support site it's 1.27.0 dated 9/12/22 but according to this site to which Dell is affiliated it's 1.31.0 dated 4/10/23, which includes critical security updates. I'm running the official 1.27.0 version, any feedback on the newer one?

1.27.0 is the latest one listed for the XPS 15 9570.
The newer ones you reference are listed but for the Precision 5530, which uses a similar design. Whether the later releases work on the 9570 is anyone's guess -- but note that they do state that once applied, they are irreversible.

I agree, wouldn't risk updating the BIOS to a non-official one unless someone from Dell tells me it's tested without any conflicts (and even then I would think it twice). My only concern, and that's the reason I posted, is that 1.27.0 is already 4 years old and it seems it has many security vulnerabilities, which I assume that as time goes on they will increase.

That may be, but all hardware -- particularly consumer-level hardware like the XPS, comes with an end of life date, which is usually five years beyond its release to sale. That was in 2018 for the 9570, meaning it's three years beyond its end of life date.
