XPS 9530 Shuts off after Dell Logo

XPS 15 9530

XPS 15 9530

Hello, My Dell XPS 15 9530, A year old has stopped turning on
When I hold the power button, after a while it will bring up the dell logo before shutting back off.
It can turn on connected to AC or not, but either way the fans dont' turn on (but earlier today they briefly did), when the logo turns on, the keyboard does light up (including caps lock, which I can't toggle if that's relevant)
When I plug in the laptop idly it will keep the light solid white for a bit, have 3 white blinks on/off, then continue with the solid white light

I had the motherboard replaced with a different issue at the start of March, but I am out of warranty now.

I have tried Ctrl+Esc bios recovery, but it still goes no further than the dell logo, Disconnecting the battery and draining residual power, checking the SSD, RAM, and other internal components are correctly connected.
PWR+M does not bring an amber light, neither does PWR + D, I have not seen any of the amber light during this troubleshooting, or heard any beep codes

This issue has continued for the past month, in which time I haven't been able to get any further

If your Dell laptop displays the logo but then goes to a black screen, it could be due to hardware issues such as malfunctioning RAM, hard drive problems, or a faulty graphics card that can disrupt the boot process.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

@DELL-Jesse L
I have tested the SSD with another laptop and it seems to be fine, I swapped around the two RAM and they both seem not to have issues, so unless it's something about both I am uncertain that is it

Is there some way to testif it is a graphics card issue?

No, I ended up sending it in for repairs, they didn't tell me what they did, but they did wipe the disk so that could have something to do with it.
