XPS 9520 won't boot after BIOS update

After updating to BIOS 1.28 on XPS 15 9520, the laptop won't boot.  The BIOS update was successful, but now I just get a blue screen:

The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system.

Error Code: 0xC0000098

At the bottom the options are F1 to enter Recovery Environment or Esc for UEFI Firmware Settings.

Pressing F1 just reboots and goes back to the same blue screen.  Pressing ESC goes to the BIOS settings.

I've done many BIOS updates on this laptop before and never had any issues.  I hope this update didn't kill the laptop and all my data!  Really hoping someone can help get me back up and running!
