XPS 9510 video corruption with netflix windows 11 app
XPS 15 9510
Hello, for some time my xps 9510 has sporadically exhibited screen corruption randomly when playing videos (via the windows11 app of Netflix, Disney or Amazon). note that by closing the application with the mouse, the video instantly returns to normal. It comes with both the latest intel and nvidia video drivers on the Dell website, and with the latest ones downloaded from the graphics chipset manufacturers website. I noticed the thing from bios 1.13 and even now on bios 1.14. Windows 11 22h2 operating system with all the latest updates. Any idea about it?

The cause appears to be the option "Panel Self Refresh " in Intel Graphics Command Center- System-Power, enabled by default in my configuration. If the issue disappears if i disable this option or, at the moment, after 10 hours of test video playback, it did not come back.
I will be able to be more precise in the next few days after further tests.

Just another update: the issue (and also some "unrecoverable WHEA error" bluescreen) is totally solved with bios 1.16.0 and
Driver Intel® Arc™ Graphics Windows* DCH v 31.0.101.3959 from Intel site, leaving also enabled "panel self refresh" without any issue.

You do not use the Nvidia Desktop driver. Dell has a customized Nvidia laptop driver Here that must be used so it works on the Dell board.
