Have you tried reinstalling Windows?  If not you may want to see if that will resolve the error.

1. Hard Reset

   • Disconnect the AC adapter and peripherals.

   • Remove the base cover (if comfortable) and disconnect the battery from the system board.

   • Hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain residual charge.

   • Reconnect the battery, replace the cover, and attempt to power on.

2. BIOS Recovery

   • If the error persists, initiate BIOS Recovery:

   • Download the latest BIOS file from Dell’s support site onto a FAT32-formatted USB drive.

   • Rename the file to BIOS_IMG.rcv and place it in the root directory.

   • Insert the USB drive, connect the AC adapter, and press Power + Ctrl + Esc simultaneously.

Firmware Updates
Ensure all drivers and firmware (e.g., BIOS, chipset) are updated via Dell Command Update or the SupportAssist app.

Preventive Measures - Suspend BitLocker encryption before hardware diagnostics.

@DELL-Jesse L​ The challenge is nothing can be loaded or flashed. I get the error 36 spi error or the led pattern 3 amber, 6 white. Given this is a tablet it appears the only option I have is to pay even more money to have it parts replaced.  I am curious which option would be better. paying $300 for the extended warranty (if parts are included) or the one time service where I pay for parts out pocket.

I think the part about disabling BitLocker should be front and centre of the BIOS download screen.
