XPS 9310 Do not Want to Start Without Charging

Hi, i have 2 issues, i don't know if this common or anomaly on mine only.

So my XPS 9310 have a plenty of battery left (around 70%) and left it to sleep.

When i woke up, it cannot start without me plug in the power charger. It happen almost everytime in the last few months.

Does it common or any setting i must tweak?

Another problem is whenever i shut it down, then close the lid, reopen it, it will auto booting without me doing anything (except open the lid).
