xps 7590 wi-fi 6 going ultra slow and fans giving error while running

Fan error message, both fans changed but still gives the error when turning on.

Wi-Fi killer modem running ultra slow on a 1 gig wi-fi 6 system. removed killer app program, ran good for a day then went back to being slow.
