XPS 17 9720 | PC isn't charging error only on one Thunderbolt USB-C Port (other three ports are working)
XPS 17 9720
All of a sudden, one of the USB ports doesn't work for charging (only 1 of 4). It is one of the main USB ports I've used for charging (the 2 on the left of the laptop).
Every other USB port allows charging. All the drivers are up to date, BIOS updated recently.

After talking to technical support, the solution was to replace the motherboard.

The only solution for that is either to have a shop capable of replacing the port (soldering required), or replace the system board.

i got my laptop brand new a week ago and i got this problem, there is no way i gotta replace somthing already
