XPS 16 - How to do "page up" and "page down"

Fn + Up for Page Up, and Fn + Down for Page Down do not work? I think those are supposed to work for page up/down but I do not have a working XPS in front of me.

I could only guess. Maybe an oversight or perhaps they felt if some Fn + <key> shortcuts were documented, the others would be easy to derive given the shaded Fn indications on keys themselves (i.e., XPS 16 keyboards have "Pg" shaded on those keys).
