XPS 15 Stops charging

Hi all,

I'm suddenly having an issue with my XPS 15 9500.

The Laptop suddenly stops charging, it runs down the battery.

If I can shut down the laptop by holding down the power key for a long time it shutsdown and when I turn it back on it is charging.

I don't know what's going on with it.

The charger seems to be working as the Laptop is capable of charging.

I don't know why it stops.

It doesn't matter which of the three ports I connect the Power too.

It just stops charging unless I power off in that way.

I think the computer is up to date.

Any ideas of what's wrong or what I should do?
