XPS 15 not detecting second daisy chained monitor after updates

I have a Dell XPS 15 monitor and 2 Dell P2423DE monitors.
The monitors are connecting using a DP cable and USB-C cable and the main monitor connects to and powers my laptop over USB-C.
It WORKED before a recent windows &/or Dell update.
Now the second monitor just stays black and says no DP signal detected.

I have a work laptop which is a dell latitude 7440, and with this laptop both screens still work. 
So it's not an issue with cables, the monitors or any of the setup.

The setup is correct!!!!


I will say this again. it all worked perfectly fine until earlier this week when I did an update and it stopped working without me doing anything.

In fact, both screens were still working fine when I started the update.
I only turned my computer on again after a few days and then only did the second monitor not work.

I have already tried resetting both monitors to factory settings.
I've restarted everything a bunch of times.
Updated my laptop to the latest drivers everywhere I can.
This is definitely a Dell XPS / Windows 11 issue.

PLEASE HELP, I'm going insane!!!
