XPS 15 L502X, won't post and the fans spin at highest speed

I opened my 2011 Dell XPS 15 L502X to check ram/CMOS battery because it wasn't booting at all on empty HDD and SSD with no "operation system not found", just blinking line. I reseated ram and found the CMOS battery wire was loose so I reseated it too. now it spins at high fan and no display which makes me think it failed post.

Unplug the AC adapter and disconnect the battery from the mainboard.  Hold the power button for 30 sec.

Reassemble and see if it will then POST.

Make sure everything has been reseated with the battery disconnected - the CMOS battery, RAM and drive.  If that does nothing, chances are the mainboard is dead -- was the main battery connected when you were working inside the system?

No, battery was removed while I was disassembling. I'll check the RAM again.

@ejn63 the laptop posted but still same problem with laptop stuck on blinking line after boot (no os on SSD so it should at least say no operation system found), I'll do diagnostic for now.

1. Good

2. Install only one good SSD.

- See it in BIOS

- Reinstall Windows to empty drive
