XPS 15 9570 won't boot up...
I've got an XPS 15 9570 that won't even get to the Dell splash screen.
Hitting the power button will light up the keyboard, including the light on the Caps Lock key. After about 30 seconds, the light on the caps lock key will go out & then at about the 40 second mark, the keyboard light goes out.
Plugged into charger or not, the behavior id the same. I have also tried connecting an external monitor to the HDMI port with no luck, other than a message on the monitor saying no signal detected from the HDMI port.
The power adapter & external monitor are working, as I have been using them on my own XPS 15 9560 for several years.

Update;
I did take off the bottom & verify the fans are spinning & removed a little bit of dust present.
I removed the RAM, used a can of air on the contacts as well as where the RAM plugs in.
I removed the battery & with no power adapter connected, held the power button for 20 seconds.
Still no difference, keyboard says lit, after about 30 seconds cap lock light goes out & another 10 seconds later, no lights & fans stop spinning.
