XPS 15 9530, warranty lapsed, did not include GeForce RTX 4050
I ordered two Dell XPS 15 9530 with a Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 graphics card back in September 2023. This was paid for and itemized on my invoice. I wanted to use this for casual gaming on my laptop, however, as a new self employed start up the opportunity didn't present itself until a year later, once my warranty expired.
I have checked my system and do note have a Nvidia graphics card installed.
I contacted Dell customer service on this matter last year, but was given the run around. I ordered and paid for two Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 graphics card, did not receive them and I am currently at a loss as what to do next?

Use the service tags to look up the configuration that was shipped at dell.com/support.
It's not clear where you're looking to determine the absence of the nVidia GPU -- bear in mind these are software-controlled hybrids, so you won't see the card in system setup (F2 at powerup), but you should see both GPUs in the device manager in the control panel.
Whether or not the GPU is there, after a year there won't be any recourse -- any more than there would be if you noticed your supposedly V6 powered car actually had an inline 4 cylinder after a year.
