XPS 15 9530, stuck on dell logo no boot, 2 amber, 4 white LED blinking

My computer is only about 2 years old and now Stuck on Dell logo, unable to enter BIOS (F2) or boot menu (F12) and 2 amber, 4 white LED blinking, RAM replacement doesn't help. What can I do more or should I replace a motherboard? I did all the tests but nothing helped.

pattern 2 amber, 4 white is for Memory or RAM failure.

First thing i would try is reseating RAM.

Second thing i would do is flea power release:

Flea power is the residual static electricity that remains on the computer even after it has been powered off and the battery has been removed. The following procedure provides the instructions on how to conduct flea power release:
  1. Turn off your computer.

  2. Remove the base cover.

  3. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain the flea power.

  4. Replace the base cover.

  5. Turn on your computer.

  6. Dell forgot to add up one step for this ( its to unplug battery doing flee power release)

Third thing i would do is hold power button for 30 seconds ( more on link bellow):

Please send suggestions what to do. Thanks in advance.

Troubleshooting Laptop Stuck on Dell Logo

If your laptop is stuck on the Dell logo, follow these steps:

  1. Turn Off the Computer: Hold the power button until the laptop shuts down.
  2. Disconnect External Devices: Remove all external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.) and restart the laptop.
  3. Turn On the Computer: Press the power button to see if the issue is resolved.
  4. Run Pre-Boot Diagnostics: If the laptop turns on, access the diagnostics menu by pressing F12 during startup and run a system check.
  5. Reset BIOS to Defaults:
    • Reboot the laptop and press F2 when the Dell logo appears to enter the BIOS setup.
    • Select "Load Defaults" and confirm the action.
    • Exit the BIOS and allow the laptop to restart.

If the problem persists, consider checking the hard drive connections or running integrated diagnostics. If necessary, contact Dell Technical Support for further assistance.
