XPS 15 9530 is having power issues

My XPS 15 9530 has been turning off when not connected to the charging cable. It is less than 2 years old. When connected to the charging cord, the computer boots up and seems to run fine. However, when I try to unplug the charging cord the computer instantly shuts down and does not show any signs of life when attempting to boot it up again. Sometimes, it will remain on after removing the charging cord but that will only last about 30 minutes, when it will spontaneously shut down again with no response. I thought it could be an issue with the battery but running hardware diagnostics showed that everything is in working order. I have updated BIOS and all software updates are up to date. Please let me know if you can help.

Run a battery report - open a command prompt with admin privilege and type

powercfg /batteryreport

what are the current and design charge capacities (NOT the charge state) of the battery?
