XPS 15 9530 High Pitched Fan Noises

As the title indicates, I've been having extremely loud high pitched fan noises after using my laptop for a few minutes post hibernation. I'll include a video as well to show the sound but this started a few months ago, though recently the laptop also momentarily shuts off its screen and blacks out after I plug in the charger. I'm not sure if these issues are related but felt they were worth providing.
