XPS 15 9530 difficult to open the lid to upgrade
I tried twice to open XPS 15 9530 to add my 1TB SSD. I can't get the lid to open. It is really really difficult to open the back lid. I spend some money on this product in order to upgrade it. Now the back lid says that I can't? What gives?>
