XPS 15 9520, loses the Bluetooth connection

Occasionally, my Dell XPS 15 9520 loses the Bluetooth connection with my Logi MX Master 3 and Logi MX Keys keyboard. This happens a couple of times a day. When it does, I switch to the laptop's keyboard and trackpad while power cycling the mouse and keyboard. After a while (the duration is not consistent), the Bluetooth connection resumes. However, the disconnection may happen again the same day or a few days later, with no indication or predictability.

I'm unsure if the issue is related to the laptop or the mouse and keyboard. To eliminate variables, I fully charged the mouse and keyboard and plugged them into the laptop. However, this did not reduce or eliminate the disconnection problem. I also confirmed that all my Dell updates are current.

Please advise on the best way to address this issue so that my Bluetooth connection with my mouse and keyboard is rock-solid and completely dependable.

Hi @FJH- 

  1. How long have you been experiencing this issue?
  2. Do you know if any recent updates may have caused or contributed to the problem?
  3. Please ensure all drivers are up to date.
  4. Also, try using older driver versions ( 22.250.0.2, A43) to see if the issue persists.

@DELL-Nat M​ I am currently experiencing the same issues with my XPS 9520 and the Log MX Keys keyboard (which works with my other computers with no issues). I also experience a lot of disconnection issues with my bluetooth headphones. I am going to downgrade to the older driver you recommended and will report back.
