XPS 15 9520, Bluetooth audio no sound despite connected
Symptoms
Bluetooth audio devices show connected, volume is turned up, but there is no sound. I have multiple devices, mostly using a Logitec BT audio receiver and my Poly headset. If I turn Bluetooth off completely, then turn it back on (sometimes I have to do this a few times before it works), audio is working again. It's very annoying, I have to do this several times a day.

I may assume it's because of modern power saving technologies. As I mentioned in a different post, the 1st step would be to stop using (disable) Modern Standby , Fast Reboot and Hibernation. Restore powers schema to Windows default with original options (includes hidden by Dell) and disable USB Selective Suspend. This is the starting point.
