XPS 15 9510, Inland Docking, 2 4k@60Hz Monitors not displaying at desired resolution or refresh rate
I've recently updated my drivers for my XPS and noticed that no longer is it outputting to both of my monitors at 4k, 60Hz. In the display settings, I can choose either 4k@30Hz or 2k@60Hz. Previously (i.e., 2 weeks ago) and when I first installed the dock, the XPS was able to display at both 4k and 60Hz. Is there any way to check if the new intel drivers have bottlenecked my video output?
Setup:
- XPS 9510
- Inland USB-C Powerful Docking Station with 2 DP 1.4 ports supporting 8k@30Hz
- 2 DP cables

If you want to run two high resolution external monitors, you need a Thunderbolt dock -- best guess in the absence of the specific dock you have is that it's not that -- it's just USB 3.x, in which case it won't have the bandwidth to drive two 4K monitors.
