XPS 15 9500, sometimes doesn't charge

I am reaching out regarding persistent issues with my Dell XPS 15 9500 (Core i7 10th Gen) that I have been experiencing for some time. Below is a detailed description of the problems and the troubleshooting steps I have already taken =

1. My laptop frequently restarts itself without any warning or specific trigger.

2. When the laptop is turned on, it sometimes fails to charge properly, even though I recently replaced the charger with an original Dell charger.

3. Charging works fine when the laptop is off, and it charges to 100% without any interruptions.

4. I updated the BIOS settings and even reset them to default, but the issues persist.

5. Despite the BIOS update and reset, the random restarts and charging problems have not been resolved.

6. These issues occur regardless of whether the laptop is connected to the charger or running on battery power.

Steps I Have Already Taken =

1. Purchased a brand-new, original Dell charger to rule out problems with the power adapter.

2. Updated the BIOS firmware to the latest version provided by Dell.

3. Reset the BIOS settings to default for troubleshooting purposes.

4. Checked Windows power settings and ensured drivers for the battery and power management were updated.

Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the problems remain unresolved. I suspect the issue might be related to the power delivery system, charging port, or a hardware fault such as the motherboard or battery communication circuit.

I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to proceed or whether these symptoms indicate the need for specific hardware repairs or replacements. Please let me know if additional diagnostic steps are required.
