XPS 13 USB adapter
Hi, I'd like to know what kind or what model of USB multiport aapter should I have for my XPS 13. Right now I have a "Ugreen", but when I plug in the power side to it, and the adapter to my laptop, it says that it's not charging correctly. On the other side of the laptop, for the other USB C port, I have an external monitor plugged in. So unltimately, I'd like to be able to have my external plugged in, as well as the power, but to also be able to use mouse instead of the track pad. What's the best way to do that?

It would help to know which XPS 13 you have -- there is over a dozen of them.
Does the OEM AC adapter work correctly?

@ejn63 I have the XPS 13 Plus 9320. Yes, the adapter works perfectly, it's only when I plug it into my USB hub, and the USB hub to my laptop, that I have the message in the notification area that the power adapter isn't recognized. That being said, it actually still charges (initially I thought it didn't), maybe a bit slower. From what I've read in other posts, Dell seems to use some proprietary USB-C cables for the power adapter, so when I plug in my USB hub it doesn't recognize it.

Most USB hubs have a limit on how much power they can deliver to a single USB port -- check the documentation that came with the hub for that.
The system ships with a 60 W adapter -- which very few hubs (particularly inexpensive ones) can supply.
