XPS 13 - Tech Support Problems
I purchased a brand new XPS 13 several weeks ago. Support Assist would not load. After manyl hours and several phone calls in contact with tech support the pc is still unusable. Each time tech support hits a wall they tell me the case will be escalated and i will receive a call within 24-48 hours, but the call never comes. I always have to call Dell. One time they told me that my phone went to voice mail, but no message was left. Now they tell me the operating system is bad, and it needs replacement. I paid for premium support, but it sure doesn't seem like it. I have purchased over the years at least five Dell laptops. Anybody know a good number for top Dell Support?

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
