XPS 13 Snapdragon won't turn on

Question

We ordered five units and three won’t power on. One was sent in for repair and returned completely dead. We’ve tried disconnecting the power adapter and holding the power button for over a minute before reconnecting—only one unit responded. The other two remain unresponsive. Weve also tried disconnecting the battery too. Has anyone else seen this or found a fix?
