XPS 13 Plus 9320, Keyboard function keys light stuck on Bright
I have this exact same issue on my Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 laptop beginning with the 2.16.1 BIOS update. After a recent BIOS update my Keyboard Function Keys light is stuck on bright. Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks!

If you are facing keyboard issues with XPS 13 Plus 9320 or XPS 15 9520, contact Technical Support by clicking the blue "Get Help Now". They will first verify the ownership and warranty status of the private Service Tag. Then they will provide the next revision of the BIOS based on “Dell Pre-Release terms”.
Note: Once you agree to the Dell Pre-Release terms, they may take up to 48 hours to share the file with you.

@Mahomed Bachir another user recently said that this problem will be fixed in the next BIOS update. Hopefully it won't be long.
