XPS 13 Plus 9320, capacitive panel backlight too bright
XPS 13 Plus 9320
Hi,
Three days ago the backlight of the capacitive panel (above the physical keys, providing extra and function keys) turned to maximum brightness when booting Windows.
Moreover, before Windows starts, the brightness is absolutely normal.
For three days now, dell support has been giving me instructions that lead to no result.
my Bios version is 2.16.1
The sensor itself, as I was able to find out empirically, works - if a bright light falls on the panel above the screen, the backlight disappears.
I also note that when working for a long time in bright light, not only do my eyes get tired, but I also notice overheating in the part of the laptop where the function buttons are located.
Help me solve the problems immediately, my patience is running out

If you have upgraded to the latest BIOS and are experiencing issues, contact Technical Support by clicking the blue "Get Help Now" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. They will first verify your ownership and warranty status. Then, they will provide the next revision of the BIOS based on the “Dell Pre-Release terms.”
Note: Once you agree to the Dell Pre-Release terms, it may take up to 48 hours to share the file with you.
