XPS 13 9370 - Want to upgrade to windows 11
Hello, can anyone help me with upgrading the windows of my dell xps 13 9370. It matches all system requirements but I need to enable secure boot in order for windows to allow me to upgrade to windows 11. To enable secure boot, I need to disable legacy mode as it wont let me enable secure boot otherwise and I have to boot through UEFI. When I enable secure boot and boot through UEFI, I get the error message of no bootable drive. Can anyone please help me in this regard?

Is the drive partitioned as MBR (usual for legacy mode)?
If it is, a clean install is the safest path forward. Though there are ways to convert a drive from MBR to GPT, if you decide to try, back up and verify anything you can't afford to lose. Things can and do go wrong, and you may find you need the backup to recover from a conversion disaster.
Otherwise, a clean install of Windows 11 starting with repartitioning the drive with diskpart into GPT mode is a surer path to success.
