XPS 13 9370, battery needs to be replaced
Hi, I have a Dell XPS 13 (9370), I bought it in 2018 & the battery needs to be replaced, it hardly holds a charge & a message pops up on my screen saying "Your battery can no longer supply sufficient power to your system & needs to be replaced".
I'm in South Africa at the moment & tech companies here have quoted me on "generic batteries", but I don't want a generic, I want the correct Dell battery specifically for my Del XPS 13 (9370).
Please could you let me know what the exact name is of the correct Dell battery I need?
A friend in the UK said she could try to get one from Dell in the UK & bring it with her when she flies to South Africa on 12 June.
Also, will she be able to take a battery on a plane?

Check with your airline, but most permit lithium ion batteries as carry on -- but not in checked baggage.

Answered in the other thread you started. Use the part number to search locally or for a seller that ships to SA.
