XPS 13 9350 – SupportAssist update broke touchpad + Device Manager shows Unknown device (SRfcomm/TRfcomm)

Hi everyone,

I have a Dell XPS 13 9350 (2025 model series). Several drivers seem to be missing and I can’t get Dell SupportAssist / the Dell support tool to show or install the required drivers. As a result, the touchpad does not work properly and Caps Lock behaves inverted/odd

This started after running a driver/firmware update via Dell SupportAssist. The update process completed, but afterwards I ended up with multiple missing/unknown devices in Device Manager and the touchpad/Caps Lock issues. I can’t roll back or change anything via SupportAssist anymore, because the tool no longer shows the same update options.

Does anyoby know which drivers are misssing?

The Unknown device shows these Hardware IDs:

• ACPI\VEN_DELL&DEV_0033

• ACPI\DELL0033

• *DELL0033
