XPS 13 9350 OS Recovery

XPS 13 9350

XPS 13 9350

Just got a new XPS 9350 pre installed with Windows 11 Home.  I am trying to make bootable recovery media as used to be able to be done with OS Recovery.  I downloaded and installed it and it does not give me an option to choose which OS I would like to do this with from my machine or by searching for the service tag of it to associate which OS image I would like to create.

I did some research, and it appears that OS Recovery is not supported for Windows 11 pre installed machines.  Is this correct?  I am understanding that either A, this can no longer be done, or B, it can only be done with Support Assist OS Recovery since OS Recovery is not supported on machines that come pre installed with Windows 11.  I read through most of the Support Assist Guide and do not see clear instructions on how to use it to create a bootable flash drive media image of the shipped OS image on the machine.

Can someone guide me on the process, if possible, to create bootable flash media for an XPS 13 9350?  It looks like Dell has now taken the Apple approach of having to do it through the system bios at the time of a system restore.
