XPS 13 9350, lacks the software keys for which I purchased in the build order

I am beyond frustration. 2 hrs with DELL tech support trying everything in the end the tech states, "It does appear DELL included the software capabilities you order on your new computer. Go Fish. So now I am stuck with a new XPS that none of the Windows Software works and trying to find a live person to talk through the mess is impossible. Am I alone on this?
