XPS 13 9345, worst computer I've ever used

I bought this XPS 13 from the Dell website 6 months ago because I needed a decent travel laptop since I am traveling the world for a few years. I chose it because I had one similar a few years ago at a job and it was great.

This one has a janky internal keyboard that was intermittent at best and now seems to be bad all the time. There is a set of keys that don't work so I can't even use ctrl/alt/del. I had to go buy an external laptop that I now have to carry around that completely negates the size of this one.

I am assuming windows 11 is on the computer.....

I am assuming external laptop is an external keyboard....

Please press windows key and R key at same time. Type msinfo32 into command box, select Okay.

In System Information, stroll down to System Model and then post it back here. In the meantime, clean the keyboard with a can of compressed air or soft brush to get rid of dust or debris underneath the keys.

Update keyboard drivers in device manager. To open Device Manager, press Windows logo key and the R key at same time, type devmgmt.msc into box, select Okay. In Device Manager, stroll down to keyboard and then expand it. Right click Keyboard driver, select update. Lastly, check Sticky and Filter Keys in the Accessibility settings.

Your low quality product is the only violation. The issue is now worse as it doesn't magically start working correctly again.
