XPS 13 9345, new, now won't boot
I live in Japan, and was in the US last week and got myself my dream XPS 13. It suddenly just shut down and wont boot. HELP!!!

Are there any signs of power from the system? Did you try hard reset?

Hello, we have the same issue with a Dell XPS 13 9345 device.
I have tried the usual hard reset without power for 20-30 seconds but the laptop remains lifeless yet it's only been owned for a couple of months.
Any suggestions to get it working would be greatly appreciated.

My XPS 9345 just did the same. Turned off and is now completely unresponsive.
Removed the battery and pressed power for 30 seconds, reinstalled, plugged in, and nothing.
None of the usual quick fixes are working
