XPS 13 9320 Plus Overheating
have had a dell xps 9320 plus for 5 months. installed core temp and it shows that it is overheating. the rubber strips on the bottom got so hot they fell off. i get blue screens of death and lockups basically daily. have reinstalled windows 4 times in hopes it would fix it but no change. is there anything i can do?

Run the Dell diags on the system to see if it shows the system overheating. Post the results back on this thread.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.
