XPS 13 9315 2-in-1, dead pixels issues?

I have been trying to get Dell tech support to help me with my dead pixels issues on my screen but they are not cooperating. I have been with dell for so many years, I'm even a premium user I paid extra to get a premium support but it's was for nothing as they don't help you. They came to a conclusion that I damaged the screen. I will take these case to citizens advice here in the UK to put a formal complaint.
