XPS 13 9310 screen goes black for a few seconds every 2-3 minutes

I've been having an issue with my XPS 13 9310 laptop where the screen goes black/off for around 4-5 seconds; it happens when I am working/using the laptop. I have the latest drivers and updates, don't have HDR enabled and have also reduced the screen refresh rates. It's extremely frustrating as it happens every 2-3 minutes. I read through some of the posts here and saw that people had posted about this back in 2020; I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

That’s annoying! It might be a power setting issue or something with the drivers. try setting your powar plan to "High Performance" and check if there are any updates for display drivers. If that doesn’t work, try booting into Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is causing it. Hopefully, that does the trick!

Okay so the high-performance setting didn't work. However, lowering the screen refresh rate to 49Hz seems to have solved the issue.
