XPS 13 9300 - laptop charging, but battery status not increasing
Hello!
I am very clueless when it comes to computers, so please bear with me.
For the last few days, the status of my battery hasn't increased when charging my laptop. It just stays at the same percentage when plugged in and decreases quite quickly when not plugged in. It is now at 12 percent and I am worried about removing the plug now, because the laptop might die and won't recover.
I did manage to check the battery health and apparently it is excellent (see picture). The pictures shows that it is at 14 percent but in the bottom bar it's 12 percent.
What can I try (step by step please?)? I do not know how and if I can remove the battery and I am really worried I am trying something and then I can't get the laptop to switch on again.
Same problem with both power ports.
Thank you?

Run a battery report.
Open a command prompt with admin privilege and type
powercfg /batteryreport
What is the current charge capacity of the battery?

Hello! Posting another image in a second post. No idea how to add to images in one post.

Hello! Is this what what you mean? I don't seem to be able to attache the full report as pdf. I tried to drain the battery (unplugged) to less than 15 percent, because I read somewhere that that might help, but... clearly not. When plugged in, it doesn't seem to matter what I do with the laptop - the percentage stays there same. Whereas when not plugged in it makes a difference if I run multiple things.

Adding some more things from the report. Maybe the battery is just dead (?).

The battery has lost about 30% of its design capacity, so budgeting for a replacement in the near future would be a good idea. That said, it's not likely the issue.
Try another OEM Dell AC adapter to see if it solves the charging problem.

Thanks already! I will see if someone has another adapter I can try. I did plug the adapter into my phone for a minute and it worked there. But maybe it could still be broken (?)

Posting an update in case someone has a similar problem in the future.
I went to a repair shop and they recommended replacing the battery, but also said that there are often issues replacing Dell batteries, even with original parts. They couldn't guarantee it would work. They also said it might be the charging system and that that couldn't be repaired.
So I bought a new laptop instead. Not a Dell.
But I kept using the Dell a bit, and yesterday, when the battery had drained to 2% whilst being plugged in, it miraculously started charging again up to 100%!
I should have tried draining the battery early, but it felt too risky.
